Can I get a refund if my train is delayed?

Yes, the “Money back in case of delay” policy applies to domestic journeys with NS that you booked via Gaiyo.

If your journey is delayed by 30 minutes or more, you can submit a refund request via NS. This only applies to regular purchases; credit that you have received as a gift or through a promotion is not eligible for a refund.
